The Hammers confirmed the signing of the Englishman on its official website on Friday, January 20th, 2023. He signed a two-year deal with the West London club which will keep him there until the summer of 2025.

The 30-year-old player who has shown his goal-scoring abilities in the Premier League will be eligible for the Premier League fixture against Everton at London Stadium on Saturday, January 21st, 2023. He expressed his delight concerning the signing of his new deal for West Ham.

I am really excited to join West Ham United, It’s important I settle in as quickly as I can do and do the important stuff on the pitch for West Ham. We have got some massive games ahead of us and I’ve come here to try and score as many goals as I can to help the team to get some positive results. I am really looking forward to getting started.

West Ham have been poor since the start of this season, they will hope that the signing of Ings cam help save their season. They are currently 18th on the Premier League table with just 15 points.
