CRISTIANO RONALDO CLEARS THE AIR ABOUT HIS FUTURE

Barcelona confirmed the signing of the Polish striker last week on its official website after reaching an agreement with Bayern Munich. Lewandowski has been insistent that he wants to join the Cataluyna club since the end of the season.

The Cataluyna club reportedly agreed to a €45million plus € 5 million add-ons for Lewandowski. He is expected to sign a three-year deal which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2025. The striker’s goalscoring record led him to be named as ‘The Best’ on two occasions, picking up the award in 2020 and 2021.

Lewandowski is the fourth player that will join Barcelona during this transfer window following the signing of Franck Kessie, Andreas Christensen and Raphinha.
