Everything you need to know about Marcus Rashford's move to Aston Villa

Manchester United's forward player, Marcus Rashford completed his loan move to fellow Premier League side, Aston Villa until the end of this current season.
Aston Villa confirmed the transfer of Marcus Rashford on its official website in the late hours of Sunday, February 2, 2025. According to reports, the England international will remain with Unai Emery's side until the end of this current season ( 2024/25) with Villa covering 75% of his salary.
The 27-year-old is Villa’s third signing of the January transfer window, following the arrivals of Spanish full-back Andres Garcia from Levante and Netherlands international Donyell Malen from Borussia Dortmund.
Rashford has made 15 Premier League appearances for Manchester United this season, he scored in head coach Ruben Amorim’s first match, a 1-1 draw at Ipswich Town.

Aston Villa supporters could still see Rashford play for them next season as the club have an option to buy the forward player after this loan deal for £40 million.
