German giants Bayern Munich has reportedly completed a player signing no one saw coming in the January 2023 transfer window.

German champions Bayern Munich have been making low-key moves in the January 2023 transfer window, and this was made obvious with their latest player signing. Bayern is reportedly set to finalize the signing of former Manchester United star and Ajax player Daley Blind.

Daley Blind reportedly parted ways with Ajax before the details of the deal was confirmed, indicating that the move to Munich would be as a free agent. The Contract with Netherlands international would be till June 2023.

This would be the first transfer Bayern Munich would be completing in January 2023, and knowing how secretive the team's executives are there would be more to come.

The German giants have not denounced their interest in Tottenham's Harry Kane, who would be out of contract soon enough; many believe this would be the right option to solve their striker challenges even though the team has continued to score goals in the absence of a natural forward.
