Thomas Tuchel Speaks on Conor Gallagher's Future at Chelsea | Read
The manager of Chelsea Football Club, Thomas Tuchel has spoken about the possibility of Conor Gallagher playing at the Bridge next season.

The Chelsea academy player has been in fine form since he joined Crystal Palace on loan during the summer transfer window in 2021. Tuchel was speaking about the player with football London in a press conference ahead of the Blues' league game against Crystal Palace.
The German said no decision has been taken yet as it concerns the player's future but he is impressed with what he is doing for Palace.
We wanted to make have him here like I said many times. In the pre-season, I saw he could have a chance to impact our squad. He did a fantastic pre-season, and then the opportunity came and they ( Crystal Palace ) offered him a role which he took and you see what it does to a player if they are needed if they are playing an important role. He was not just offered that role, he took it and he took it with quality, with the energy he has and now he took several steps in his development which is quite impressive. We are happy that he is our player, we are happy that it is like this. Would it be the same if he had stayed? Nobody knows, but it was a good decision because he clearly developed and we will take this decision late because there is no need to take it today.
Gallagher who plays in the same position as Jorginho, Kante and Kovacic has scored seven goals and had five assists to his name in 24 appearances for the Eagles.
