Thomas Tuchel Calls out Referee in the Game Against Real Madrid | Read

The manager of Chelsa Football Club, Thomas Tuchel has reflected on the officiating in the game between Real Madrid and Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League.

Tuchel was speaking in a post-match press conference after his team lost the game on aggregate against the Galacticos at the Santiago Bernabeau. The German believes the referee, Szymon Marciniak, was not fair in his decision during the game.

I was disappointed that the referee had a good time with my colleague with Carlo Ancelotti. I see the referee laughing and smiling and laughing loud with the opponents coach. I think this is very, very wrong time to do this.

Chelsea were impressive on the night against Real Madrid as they won the tie 3-2 but they lost the game on aggregate following a poor performance during the first leg of the game. The Blues face Crystal Palace on Sunday at Wembley Stadium for a spot in the final of the FA Cup.
