Chelsea defender Thiago Silva sent a message to fans following the club's defeat at the hands of Man City in the FA Cup finals.

Arguably one of the best defenders in the Premier League even at 39 years, Chelsea's Thiago Silva in a lengthy post on his social media platform has sent a message to fans expressed his emotions following the team’s defeat in the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.

Despite his complete participation in the match, the team faced a narrow 1-0 defeat, with the only goal scored by Bernardo Silva late in the game. Silva, whose contract is nearing its end, faces the possibility of leaving Stamford Bridge without securing any domestic titles was moved to tears following the defeat at full time.
