The dressing room of the Super Eagles of Nigeria was full of excitement after their victory over the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
A brace from Ademola Lookman ensured that Nigeria won the game 2-0 to book a spot in the quarter-final of the competition where they have a date with Angola. The Atalanta player was named the best player of the game which will be a big boost for him going into the tournament.
However, the major disappointment for Nigeria is the injury to Stanley Nwabali after he collided with a Cameroonian forward player. Nigerians will hope that he gets fit before the game against Angola.
