Samuel Chukwueze reportedly set to join AC Milan

Super Eagles forward player, Samuel Chukwueze has completed his move from Villareal to AC Milan on a long-term deal.

The Nigerian is expected to arrive in Italy for his medical as he looks to complete his move before to the home of the seven-time European Champions. He will become the fifth player that Milan has signed this 2023 summer transfer window having signed Christian Pulisic, Tijjani Reijnders, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Noah Okafor.

He is expected to sign a five-year contract with the Serie A side which will see him earn €4m per season. As soon as the paperwork is complete, he will fly out to the United States of America where he can join up with the rest of the Milan squad on their pre-season tour.

The 24-year-old will be a huge boost to the Milan team going into next season. He had 24 goals contribution across all competitions, which is the highest he has registered in a single season for Villarreal.
