German ace striker Robert Lewandowski has reportedly asked his agent to ensure that he gets a move to Spanish champions Real Madrid.

According to Spanish Outfit, AS the prolific goal poacher has told his agent to find a way to get him to the UEFA Champions League record-winning Spanish club.

Lewandowski's agent, Pini Zahavi, also represents Austrian centre-back David Alaba, who joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich over the summer, and that could play a vital role in engineering such a similar move in six months.

Robert Lewandowski, who has recently been in the news due to the controversy surrounding his failure to win this year's Balon D'or award, reportedly wants a new challenge and will only settle for Real Madrid, though the move will not take place until the summer.

According to reports, the move to Real Madrid is being triggered by his urge to win the world's best player award, a prize that playing for Real Madrid might contribute to him nabbing.
