It has been a rough week for the supporters of Real Madrid Football Club following injuries to some of its first-team players as the season progresses.

The latest player to join the injury list at the Galacticos is Brazil international, Vinicius Jnr who has repeatedly been ruled out for six weeks. According to the statement released by Real Madrid, the midfielder was diagnosed with a rupture in his femoral biceps.

"After the tests carried out today by Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr has been diagnosed with a rupture in the femoral biceps with involvement of the distal tendon in his left leg."

He suffered the injury while he was with the Brazil national camp and he left with immediate effect after he felt something in his muscle.

Real Madrid will also be without Tchouameni for about six to eight weeks and Camavinga for about eight to ten weeks. This news is a big blow to Carlo Ancelotti as he will want to push his team to challenge Barcelona for the league title.
