Real Madrid Completes Another Signing Ahead of the New Season

Real Madrid Football Club have confirmed the signing of France midfielder, Aurelien Tchouameni, from Ligue 1 side, AS Monaco.

The announcement was made on the official Twitter account of Real Madrid on Saturday, June 11th, 2022. According to reports from the club, a £100 million verbal agreement was reached between both clubs earlier in the week. The midfielder is expected to stay at the Bernabeau until 2028.

He was a vital part of the Monaco side that finished third in Ligue 1 this season. He featured 35 times in the league, contributing three goals and two assists, and made a further 11 appearances in European competitions.

He made 95 appearances for the Ligue 1 side during his two-a-half years at the club.
