Premier League Confirms Player of the Month for February 2023
The English Premier League has confirmed the winner of the player of the month for February 2023.
The body announced Manchester United's midfielder, Marcus Rashford as the winner of the award on its official website on March 10th, 2023. He got the highest points in the votes cast by football lovers in the Premier League following his fantastic form for the Red Devils in February.
This is the third time the Englishman will win the award this season. The last time he was named the best player for the month was in September 2022 and January 2023.
Rashford claims the award after scoring five goals in four matches to help Manchester United go unbeaten through the month. He is the first player to win the award in consecutive months since Ilkay Gundogan did so in January and February 2021.
This is the fourth time Rashford has won the award in his career, three short of the record jointly held by Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane.
