Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to get their first win of the season under new manager Ange Postecoglou when they host Manchester United this weekend at White Hart Lane.

Spurs will be coming into this game off a draw against Brentford in their opening game of the season, while the Red Devils are coming into this match having defeated Wolves in their game at Old Trafford. Manchester United will be looking to make it two wins from two in the Premier League this season, as they travel to Spurs on Saturday. The last time they achieved such feat was under Jose Mourinho during the 2017/18 season.

This is the first time in over a decade that Tottenham will be playing their first home game without the club's legend, Harry Kane, who recently moved to Bayern Munich. This is going to be a big blow for the London team.

Team News for Spurs and United

Cristian Romero could miss the game for Spurs after suffering a head injury during the draw at Brentford. Rodrigo Bentancur, Ryan Sessegnon and Bryan Gil are also out.

For United, Lisandro Martinez is a slight doubt after a small ankle injury was revealed after the win over Wolves. Rasmus Hojlund is still not ready for his debut, with Tyrell Malacia, Kobbie Mainoo and Amad Diallo also not available.
