Pep Guardiola Speaks on Rumour Linking Haaland to Manchester City | Watch

The manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has spoken about the rumour linking his club to signing Erling Haaland during the next transfer window.

Guardiola was speaking at a press conference ahead of his team's Premier League game against Brighton on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022. He was asked about Haaland's rumour but decide not to comment on the possibility of the Norwegian.

The Spaniard said, he had other things in his head this season that concerns the club and the news linking Haaland to the club is not one thing he wants to get himself concerned about now. The 21-year-old was reported to have agreed on a deal with the Cityzens and expected to earn £500,000 a week.

Haaland has been in fantastic form since he joined the Bundesliga club, he has scored 27 goals in 25 games this season. The Cityzens have been playing without a striker since the departure of Sergio Aguero last season( 2020/21 season).
