The manager of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has given a solution to the problem that is currently facing the club as they are yet to find a win in their last nine games across all competitions.

Pep Guardiola was asked in an interview where he was asked about the solution to the current crisis facing Manchester City. According to the Spaniard, the only solution to get his team back to winning ways is by getting his players back from injury.

He said,

"The solution to our problems is to give me my players back and we will do it. But it’s not possible right now, and I think it’s going to happen for a long time."

Manchester City failed to improve on their victory over Nottingham Forest following their disappointing draw against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The last reigning top-flight champions to lose six away games in a row were Man City during the 1968-69 campaign. The Cityzens have lost their last five away games in all competitions, last losing six in a row back in February 1994.

Manchester City travel to face Juventus in the Champions League in Turin after which they host Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
