The Spanish manager who was speaking to Telegraph said he does not see himself managing any club in the league aside from City.

In England, being here, always I will be Man City manager and if they ever want me back, I will come back to City. I don't think I will train another club in England apart from this one.

Guardiola has been successful since he took over the coaching job at the club in 2016 following his exit from Bayern Munich. The 50-year-old won the Premier League title in his second season with a record-breaking 100 points. He signed a new contract after the season until 2021.

He also went to win a domestic treble in the 2018/19 season. He is also the most successful manager in the club's history.

Manchester City are placed third on the Premier League table behind Chelsea and Liverpool.
