Victor Osimhen's Agent Explains Why Reported Move to Manchester United Failed

The agent of Super Eagles forward player, Victor Osimhen has explained the reason why the move away from Napoli did not come through.

Robert Calenda who was speaking on a radio station in Italy confirmed that the Nigeria is very happy at Napoli. According to him, the project at the Serie A club in Naples is the reason, Osimhen has decided to stay back despite the offers from other clubs.

There are many clubs interested in Victor but he wants to stay, he’s really happy with Napoli project. We have been very clear this summer after strange rumours [Man Utd and Ronaldo swap deal], he wanted to stay.

The 29-year-old joined Napoli during the summer transfer window in 2020 from French club side Lille. He has been a key part of the team since he joined and has received so much love from the supporters of the club.
