N'Golo Kante Breaks Silence on His Future at Chelsea

Chelsea's top-class midfielder, N'Golo Kante has made a revelation as it concerns his future at Stamford Bridge.

The French man was speaking in an interview that was reported on the official Twitter account of football daily on Thursday, May 11th, 2023. Kante was asked by the reporter if he wants to be a part of Chelsea's plan next season.

Yes for sure, it is an exciting project for the club, I think for the players who came. Unfortunately, the season has not been in the standard of Chelsea. I am sure that everyone wants to go in this way, in the way of success, in the way of winning titles. The players who came are how they see Chelsea and I hope that this club will find its direction. Let us see where I will be but I hope this is a change for the club which is most important.

The midfielder broke into the limelight during the 2015/16 season in the Premier League. The 32-year-old was part of the amazing squad that won the League title with Leicester City against all odds, he joined Chelsea the following season where he also helped the Blues to win the Premier League.

Kante is in the final weeks of his contract with the Blues. However, there are reports that the club wants the player to stay beyond this season because he is part of their project.
