NFF sends message to Super Eagles ahead of World Cup qualifier

The Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) has sent a message to the Super Eagles ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
The NFF in a statement sent to the players has emphasised the importance of winning both matches if they want to stand any chance of qualifying for the World Cup. According to the reports from the NFF executive committee meeting, the board confirmed that the Super Eagles were charged to ensure they get six points from both games.
The executive committee charged the players to go all out for the six points in both matches to boost Nigeria’s qualification hopes. It also called on all Nigerians to support and encourage the team in whatever fair and proper way they are competent to, to guarantee victory in both matches."
"The Super Eagles are set to face Rwanda's Amavubi at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday, March 21, 2025, followed by a home clash against Zimbabwe's Warriors at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo next Tuesday, March 25, 2025."
Super Eagles are currently sit in fifth position in Group C with three points from four games.
