Mohamed Salah's Christmas message warms the hearts of fans worldwide
Liverpool and Egypt forward Mohamed Salah has warmed the hearts of fans in different parts of the world with his latest Christmas message on social media.
The football star in his regular fashion shared a Christmas message for fans but the weight of his words in the recent message is one fans can't stop talking about. Mohamed Salah expressed his grief about the killings of innocent people in Gaza and stated that as we celebrate Christmas it is important we remember the people who have been subjected to inhumane treatment as well as people who have lost their families in this situation.
His post on the social media platform X read, "Christmas is a time when families get together and celebrate. With the brutal war going on in the Middle East, especially the death and destruction in Gaza, this year we get to Christmas with very heavy hearts and we share the pain of those families who are grieving the loss of their loved ones. Please do not forget them and do not get used to their suffering. Merry Christmas."
This is not the first time Salah has lent his voice to the ongoing conflict in Gaza, he initially shared a video requesting that humanitarian aid be allowed into Gaza.
