The future of Jorginho and Gabriel Jesus has been a major concern for most Arsenal supporters as the season draws to a close.

There have been reports in the media that Jorginho will be offered a new and improved contract while the club is willing to offer Jesus a new contract when the summer transfer window opens.

Mikel Arteta, Arsenal's manager, has confirmed that the club is looking at the possibility of keeping both players beyond this season. Regarding Gabriel Jesus, he said, "I don’t know where reports about Gabriel Jesus' exit are coming from. We have no intention of letting Gabriel leave."

On Jorginho, he said, "We want Jorginho to stay with us, and he’s aware of our desire and plan. I would love to keep him. He knows that. The club is fully supportive of that, so we hope to continue with Jorgi."

Arsenal will play Bournemouth in the league on Saturday, May 4, 2024, as they aim to win the league title for the first time in twenty years.
