Arsenal's first-team player, Bukayo Saka hobbled off in the victory against Sevilla in the UEFA Champions League.

The England international was substituted in the second half of the game which was played at the Emirates on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Arsenal's manager, Mikel Arteta was asked about the fitness of Bukayo Saka during the post-match conference after the game against Sevilla and if he was born to take the tackles that he gets in football games.

"Born? I think he's getting used to it! There's contact in football and obviously for the wingers who want to take people on this is going to happen. At the end he wasn't comfortable to carry on, hopefully, it's not too much but I'm really pleased with his performance.”

He also spoke about his team's performance against Sevilla.

"For sure, I'm really happy with the performance from the team. They showed the aggression and commitment. Even when we lost the ball we were incredibly good to get it back. It's hard in Europe to control it how we did. That's why we won it.”

Arsenal top the group with nine points, ahead of PSV who occupy the second place with five points.
