Arsenal Football Club will be without its midfield talisman, Bukayo Saka when they face Brentford in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

The manager of the club, Mikel Arteta confirmed this in a pre-match press conference against the Bees. According to him, Bukayo Saka would not be available for the game but he should be for the match against Bournemouth in the Premier League.

"He was limping quite badly after the match as you know. We had to get him off the field, which is never a good sign as well. He hasn’t been able to participate in the session."

He also spoke about the possibility of him playing against the Cherries.

"It’s a possibility, yes."

Arsenal supporters will hope that their team gets past Brentford as they look to win the Carabao Cup this season (2023/24).
