Cole Palmer has expressed his preference for Lionel Messi over Cristiano Ronaldo, revealing that he admired Messi while growing up. The English midfielder shared his thoughts in a recent interview with Goal, which was quoted by Fabrizio Romano.

In his interview with Goal, Cole Plamer stated, “I wanted to be Lionel Messi when I was a kid. Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo? For me, Lionel Messi.”

Messi and Ronaldo are often celebrated as two of the greatest footballers in history, dominating the sport for over a decade.
