Manchester United Set to Hijack a Deal from Chelsea
The Blues are looking to sign an outright striker before the end of the transfer window which ends on Thursday, September 1st, 2022. According to transfer news expert, Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils have enquired about the availability of the Gabonese but the player is only interested in joining Chelsea.
The manager of Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel had worked with Aubameyang in the past when the pair where both at Borussia Dortmund. The Stamford Bridge club will need to replace Romelu Lukaku who went on loan to Inter Milan and Timo Werner who was sold back to RB Leipzig.
Supporters of the London club will hope for the deal comes through before the transfer window closes.
