Manchester United Set to Beat Chelsea to Sign Youngster Defender

Manchester United Football Club are reportedly set to beat their Premier League rivals, Chelsea to the signing of an upcoming defender.
The Red Devils are already in advanced talks to sign the 16-year-old, Harry Amass, left back from Watford. Evening Standard confirmed the news on its official website on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 that the defender is ready to leave Craven Cottage when the summer transfer window opens at the end of this season ( 2022/23).
He has long been one of the youngest regular starters in the Hornets Under-18s side under Charlie Daniels, currently eighth in the Professional Development League table.
He also won silverware for England at the UEFA Development tournament last month ( February 2023).
