Manchester United release statement on Eriksen and Hojlund's injury

The supporters of Manchester United Football Club were hit with the injury news to two of its first team players, Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund ahead of the international break.

The Red Devils released an official statement on the injury situation of both Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund on its website on Monday, November 13, 2023. According to reports, they are expecting Eriksen to be out for about a month with a knee injury and they hope Hojlund will return from a muscle strain before the end of November.

Both players were withdrawn from the game against Luton Town which was played at Old Trafford on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Eriksen was substituted towards the first half of the match while Hojlund was taken off in the final ten minutes from the match.

The Red Devils are currently without, Casemiro, Hojlund, Eriksen, Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, Amad Diallo and Jonny Evans. Manchester United face Everton at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday, November 26, 2023.
