Manchester City discover FIFA Club World Cup opponent
The body governing football in the world, FIFA have announced the draw for the Club World Cup which will be hosted in Saudi Arabia in December 2023.
FIFA has revealed that the 2023 tournament will be played at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium, holding approximately 62,000 and 27,000 spectators, respectively.
The FIFA Club World Cup will take place between December 12th and December 20th, with the Champions of Europe, Manchester City entering the tournament at the semi-final stages. The Cityzens qualified for the competition following their victory over Inter Milan courtesy of a goal from Rodri on June 10, 2023.
