Barcelona's bid for Bernardo Silva has suffered a huge setback as Manchester City has attached the pricetag to the star player.
Barcelona might have to stall their bid for Manchester City's Bernardo Silva as Pep's side has demanded a staggering fee the Spanish giants just can't afford in their current circumstances.
Manchester City has requested that Barcelona pay a valuation fee of 100 million to sign Silva according to reports shared by the journalist David Ornstein.
The Eithad side have also not received any official bid for the Portuguese international from Barca.
