Nike has unveiled the Liverpool FC and LeBron James chapter two jersey and other merchandise collection and people can't stop talking about the captain Van Dijk.
Defender Virgil Van Dijk has been the centre of attention not for his role as a defender but for his visuals as a model following the announcement of chapter two of the Liverpool and LeBron James jersey collaboration.
One year after the release of the iconic first edition of the collaboration LeBron and Liverpool have opted for something more unique and stunning when it comes to the jersey, sneakers and many more for chapter two. Virgil Van Dijk and Lebron James as primary models of the outfit stole the spotlight because of the aura and charisma both stars possess.
ESPN describes the second chapter of the collaboration as one that combines the aesthetics of football and basketball, featuring a limited edition hoop jersey, a football shirt, and a fresh update of James' signature Nike LeBron sneakers. All of these items are designed in a colour scheme that reminds us of Liverpool's classic teal away strip. The two jerseys both display the famous "YNWA" ("You'll Never Walk Alone") print motif across the midriff, which is also woven into the fabric alongside LeBron's own personal mantra "SFG," meaning "Strive For Greatness".
