Leroy Sane reportedly agrees to leave Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich supporters might not see Leroy Sane play for them when the 2025/26 season begins in August.
Sky Germany confirmed that the midfielder has agreed on a deal to join Turkish side Galatasaray after failing to reach an agreement for increased wages with Bayern. Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have each been linked with signing Sane, but Galatasaray seem to be the club with an advantage to complete the deal.
Sane scored 11 goals in just 17 starts in the Bundesliga last season as Bayern reclaimed the German title. He has won four Bundesliga titles with the club since arriving from Manchester City in 2020.
Galatasaray are looking to build a team that can compete in the UEFA Champions League. They are also looking at the possibility of bringing Victor Osimhen on a permanent deal after a successful loan move last season.
Osimhen spent last season on loan with the club and scored 37 goals in 41 games, a record for an overseas player in a Turkish season. The Nigerian has rejected a move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal and wants to remain in Europe. However, his €75m release clause at Napoli looks a huge deal for Galatasaray.
