Here is the official jersey number of Chelsea FC's latest signing, Romeo Lavia.

Following the official announcement and confirmation of him being the 10th signing for Chelsea in the summer 2023 transfer window, the jersey number of Belgian Romeo Lavia has been confirmed for fans.

It has been confirmed on the official Chelsea store site that the midfielder will be wearing the number 45 for the club.

Chelsea confirmed the signing of Lavia from Southampton in an official statement that read, "Chelsea has completed the signing of midfielder Romeo Lavia from Southampton. The 19-year-old has signed a seven-year contract at Stamford Bridge and further strengthens Mauricio Pochettino’s squad."

Lavia also spoke about his move to the club and what influenced his decision. He said, "The project and the ambitions of the club were key factors in me choosing Chelsea, but also the history behind the club. It’s really exciting to be a part of this football club and to write some history.‘I’m really happy and proud. It’s a privilege to be able to put on this shirt.
