Latest update on Erling Haaland injury ahead of Tottenham clash

Pep Guardiola has given an update on Erling Haaland injury ahead of the Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur.
Guardiola was speaking in a pre-match press conference where he confirmed that he is yet to confirm the state of Erling Haaland injury. The Norwegian missed out of Manchester City's last two games after he picked up an injury against Newcastle United in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old missed the second leg of UEFA Champions league game against Real Madrid and the defeat against Newcastle United in the Premier League. However, Haaland has been training with the rest of the squad but he was not fit enough to play the last two games.
Guardiola was only able to confirm a decision would be known later on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 after training.
He said,
"I hope so, but I don’t know yet, he feels better, but in the last two games he could not play, we’ll see tomorrow.”
This game will be the final meeting between the two clubs this season, with the North London club hoping for another victory against the reigning Premier League champions.
