The former Roma coach revealed that Peseiro is his close and very good friend indicating that they have spent so much time together and even grew up together attending the same university as well.
Speaking on the importance of Jose Peseiro winning AFCON 2023 with the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Mourinho revealed that this would be an important and historical feat as he would be the first Portuguese coach to do so if he succeeds.
