Joan Laporta Speaks on Barcelona's January Transfer Window

The President of Barcelona Football Club, Joan Laporta has given supporters of the club a good hint that they might be seeing players coming through in the January transfer window.

Laporta was speaking in an interview where he was asked about the possibility of the club signing players during the next transfer window. According to him, the club is interested in bringing players to the club.

We are working on January market. We're discussing internally with the board, Xavi and his staff. We have the intention to improve our squad, as always.

Barcelona were one of the most active club during the summer transfer window, they did major deals by getting players in for free.
