Savinho, who joined Manchester City last season, is expected to leave on a permanent move to Tottenham Hotspur. The Brazilian international has found his way into the heart of Thomas Frank following his impressive performance with the Cityzens last season.
He joined Manchester City from Troyes, the French club in Ligue 2, in July 2024 on a five-year deal with City. Spurs have submitted a bid of €50 million for the young Brazilian but this is lower than the current valuation placed by Manchester City.
