Shocking reactions trail Israel Adesanya's comment about Lagos girls
Popular UFC fighter Israel Adesanya is currently under fire following his controversial remarks about girls in Lagos in a recent video on his social media account.
Nigerian-born UFC star Israel Adesanya, widely known as the Last Stylebender, recently made controversial remarks, claiming that a majority of women living in Lagos are involved in prostitution, often referred to as “runs girls.”
In a video posted on his official X account on Monday, Adesanya criticized Lagos women for their tendency to flaunt their lifestyles, which he alleged are funded by prostitution. Despite his criticism, the former UFC middleweight champion advised these women to adopt a more humble and friendly attitude rather than being arrogant.
Speaking in Yoruba, Adesanya remarked, “Lagos women like to feel important and are proud. Most of you are runs girls. I now understand what a runs girl is—cheap prostitutes. You want to flaunt and show off. Nonsense. Just be nice, be friendly, say hello.”
Some of you are like Israel Adesanya too. When you move to girls in their dm and they turn you down, you start attacking them unprovoked on the tl. Birds of the same feather labalabaing together ✋

The shocking video has sparked numerous comments on social media. Here are some of the reactions below:
So because women in Lagos didn’t want to talk to you, the majority of them are prostitutes?
