The English man was speaking in an interview on Manchester United's website ahead of the club's FA Cup game against Middlesbrough. According to Maguire, the German has brought discipline to the defence since he took charge of the club.

Manchester United conceded four goals against Watford in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's last game, conceded four against Leicester City had five against Liverpool in the Premier League.

I think there is a lot of different principles that he has brought into the club. But for sure we have not conceded as many goals, we have not conceded many chances. It is a team effort and not a back four effort or a goalkeeper effort alone. It is a team effort. Our lives are a little bit easier from the way they midfielders and forwards are working and covering spaces in front of us, so it is a huge effort from all of us. But I think there is a lot to improve on, especially with the ball now. We have got to make sure that we can a little bit more of a threat with the ball and look after the ball a bit better than we have done in recent weeks.

Manchester United have kept three clean sheets under Rangnick, a game more than Solkjaer managed to get for the team this season.
