Graham Potter Shares Heartbreaking News with Chelsea Supporters

There seem not to be any good news coming from Chelsea Football Club these days in events off and on the pitch.

The manager of the London club, Graham Potter gave an update on the injury situation of Christian Pulisic and Raheem Sterling. Both players picked up injuries in the Premier League game against Manchester City on Monday, January 2nd, 2023 at Stamford Bridge.

Potter was speaking in a pre-match press conference where he confirmed that Pulisic will be out for months and Sterling could be out for a little less than the number of months the American will be out for.

Pierre is fine and he’ll be in the squad for the game. Christian is a couple of months we think, hopefully, less, but that’s the timeframe. Raheem less but we’re still evaluating the extent of it. Hopefully less than that, though.

He also spoke about the possibility of seeing his latest addition to his team, Joao Felix play against Fulham.

We are still waiting for that, still waiting for the confirmation he can play. But he was around today.

The Blues are currently in the tenth position on the league table, ten points behind the fourth-placed team, Newcastle United. Chelsea supporters will hope that the arrival of Felix will spark up the drought in front of goal.
