Manchester United forward player, Marcus Rashford is one of the most criticised at the club following his poor form since the start of this season.

The English international was a key part of Manchester United's success last season ( 2022/23) having scored 30 goals across all competitions for the Red Devils. However, he has been a shadow of himself this season( 2023/24) having scored just one goal across all competitions.

Manchester United's manager, Erik Ten Hag has thrown his support behind the player. According to him, Rashford is committed to the Red Devils and he is also invested in the success of the club.

"Marcus Rashford’s very committed to Manchester United, trust me. He's investing hard work in training to get back into form. He’s 100% ready for today."

There has been speculation on the future of Marcus Rashford following the situation between the player and United manager Erik ten Hag in the past week. He was forced to apologise to the Dutchman after attending a nightclub party to celebrate his birthday following last weekend's 3-0 derby defeat to Manchester City.

There were reports that after the City match, Rashford had gone to a nightclub for a pre-arranged birthday party hours after the Old Trafford loss.
