Manchester United will receive a major boost ahead of this weekend's league game against Everton at the Merseyside stadium.

The manager of the club, Erik Ten Hag confirmed that the team have been blessed with the addition of Luke Shaw to the list of players that are available for this weekend's game. According to the Dutch international, the team is hopeful that the defender will be available for the game against Everton.

"Luke Shaw has been training for two weeks with the team. We are quite hopeful that he will return to the squad for Sunday’s game."

The England left-back returned to training after he was ruled out for three months with a muscle injury. Shaw has played only two league games all season having missed United's last 16 matches across all competitions.

He played the most minutes for Erik Ten Hag last season, which means his return is a big boost to the squad.
