Enzo Fernandez's agent speaks on rumour linking him away from Chelsea

One of Chelsea's new signings under the ownership of Todd Boehly has been in the news for reportedly wanting to leave Stamford Bridge following the poor form of the club.

The player's agent, Uriel Perez has broken his silence regarding the speculation surrounding his player's potential departure from Chelsea. He denied the reports while speaking in an interview with ESPN, stating that he did not know where the story emanated from but he knows that Fernandes is committed to the London club.

"I really don't understand why reports came out of nowhere about Enzo planning to leave Chelsea. We know the plan of the club, the plan of the owners. He's happy and wants to stay",

Fernandez also sent a message to the club when he scored a fantastic free-kick against Aston Villa in the FA Cup replay match. He celebrated in front of the Chelsea supporters with the gesture that he was going to remain at the club.
