Dembele Reportedly Set to Renew His Contract with Barcelona

Barcelona's forward player, Ousmane Dembele might remain at the Catalonia club following the recent meeting between the player's agent and Xavi Hernandez.

The player's agent Moussa Sissoko and Marco Lichsteiner have met with Barcelona's coach to discuss the possibility of signing a new contract with the club. According to reports from Daily Mail, the player's agent confirmed that the Dembele wants to remain at the club despite the current situation at the club.

Barcelona's director of football had earlier in the month said Dembele will be sold before the end of the January transfer window which ends on Monday, January 31st, 2022.

Dembele joined Barcelona during the summer transfer window of 2017 from Borussia Dortmund and he is in the final six months of his career.
