It was an unbelievable scene at the away end at Luton Town when Arsenal's midfielder, Declan Rice scored the winning goal of the match in the final seconds of the game.

Arsenal came into the match as favourites following their recent form in the league since the beginning of the 2023/24 season. However, Luton had other plans as they made the match difficult for the Gunners to take the maximum points from the game.

Former West Ham United captain, Declan Rice got the winning goal for the league leaders on the 97th minute to extend the Gunners lead on the league table. The game ended 4-3 in Arsenal's favour which means they lead Liverpoool by five points who play Sheffield United later today ( Wednesday, December 6, 2023).

The English international expressed his delight after the game and said he would be watching the replay for a long time.

"When I score I just watch it back all the time because I don't score a lot. I'm going to be watching it all night."

Arsenal face Aston Villa next in the league at Villa Park on Saturday, December 9, 2023.
