The rematch between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk has reportedly been slated to take place in Saudi Arabia at the end of June 2022.

The news was confirmed on the website of Mirror Fighting. Joshua against all odds lost his heavyweight titles to Usyk in September 2021 and have since been looking for a way to get a rematch. However, the recent crisis in Ukraine has stalled the fight as Usyk has been with his country's soldiers in the war against Russia.
The fight was originally slated for London with both Wembley and White Hart Lane as the preferred choice for the fight. However, the Saidi Arabia ready to place £90 million on the table, the Arab country seem to be the preferred venue.
Both fighters have indicated that the fight will go on as dxpected, Usyk confirmed that has has started training ahead of the fight against Joshua on his official Instagram account.
