Brady took to his official social media account to announce that NFL fans should expect him for his 23rd season. According to him, he has come to the realisation that his place is not in the stands but on the pitch.

Cristiano Ronaldo asked the 44-year-old after the game at Old Trafford if he was truly ready to call it quit on his NFL career.

These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG.

Brady won six Super bowls rings during his time in the NFL, the first he won in 2001 while he won the last in 2018. He also led the NFL in most yards passed ( (84,250), he also had the most touchdown passes (624).
