Cristiano Ronaldo gets a new club head coach

Saudi Pro League champions Al Nassr have officially appointed Ange Postecoglou as their new head coach on a two-year contract.
The club confirmed the appointment on Friday, marking a swift return to management for the Australian, who now takes charge of a star-studded squad led by Cristiano Ronaldo.
Postecoglou replaces Jorge Jesus and faces the challenge of building on Al Nassr's recent Saudi Pro League title success. The experienced coach arrives with a reputation for attacking football and a proven record of winning trophies, having enjoyed successful spells with clubs in Australia, Japan, Scotland, and England.
The 60-year-old is aiming to revive his managerial career after difficult spells in the Premier League. Despite guiding Tottenham Hotspur to the UEFA Europa League title in 2025, he departed the club shortly afterwards, before a brief stint with Nottingham Forest.
Postecoglou will now work with one of the strongest squads in Saudi Arabia, including Cristiano Ronaldo, as Al Nassr target continued domestic success and a strong challenge in continental competitions.
