Cole Palmer wins Chelsea's player of the season (2023/24)

Chelsea Football Club have named Cole Palmer as the men's player and players' player of the 2023/24 season.

Cole Palmer was named the winner of the award on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, after enmassed the highest number of votes amongst thr nominated players. The 22-year-old has been exceptional since he joined the Blues from Manchester City on the final day of the 2023 summer transfer window.

Palmer has scored 24 goals and 13 assists across all competitions having played 42 games for the Blues. The form of English International has been key for Chelsea's qualification to Europe.

One of the club's homegrown players, Alfie Gilchrist was named the men's academy player of the season. He made his debut for the Blues in December 2023 against Crystal Palace.

In the other women's category, Jess Carter was named the Women's players' player of the season while Lauren James who has been impressive for the Blues was named the Women's player of the season.
