Cole Palmer reacts to his hattrick against Manchester United

Cole Palmer wrote his name into the history book of Chelsea Football Club in the game against Manchester United in tye the Premier League.

The England international scored his first hat-trick in one of the most important games of his career as a Chelsea player. Palmer expressed his delight in an interview after the game which was played on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

He said,

"2-0 up and like I said last week we had silly mistakes. When the eight minutes got added on it gave us a lift - madness.Crazy. Madness. I’m so so happy. People are saying I score penalties but I am not gonna miss penalties, am I?"

Poch also spoke about one of the most craziest games in his career. According to him,the bench kept telling the players on the pitch that it was two more minutes.

"We kept believing and we kept saying to the players that there were two minutes left and to keep belief that we can score the goal. It was really important for us. A must win game."

The result puts Chelsea in tenth place with 43 points which is five points behind Manchester United in sixth place with 48 points.
